1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms apply to the Kepper website and related services. If you download Kepper from the Mac App Store, your app license is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless a reviewed custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect.
2. Software License
Kepper is licensed, not sold. Open-source components bundled with Kepper remain governed by their own license terms, which are listed in the app's third-party notices.
3. User Content and Training Samples
Your original photos and videos remain yours. If you opt in to training sample sharing, you grant us permission to use uploaded JPEG previews, culling decisions, and associated metadata to improve Kepper's culling models and product quality, subject to the deletion choices described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Free Use
Kepper is provided at no charge. All app features are included without a subscription, in-app purchase, or paid upgrade.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kepper and its developers are not liable for data loss, corrupted files, or lost revenue resulting from use of the software. Keep backups of your original photo and video files.
